We want your crop to reach the finish line with as little problems as possible. One way to achieve this is with regular field walks and crop monitoring.

At Holmes, we offer crop scouting for row crops, potatoes and other horticultural crops. Each field walk is done by one of our professional crop scouts and followed up with a formal report from our MyFarm system that includes photos and details of what they saw in-field. We also offer in-season tissue testing.

All tissue samples are sent to our partner lab A&L in London. They provide nutrient levels for all macronutrients as well as numerous micronutrients. These values are displayed numerically and graphically in terms of sufficiency levels.
These tissue tests provide a more accurate assessment of crop nutrient deficiencies that may not be noticeable to the naked eye. They help our agronomists give you more precise in-season fertility recommendations.
