Full Time Plant & Warehouse Operator

We’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable team member to support daily fertilizer blending, packaging, inventory handling, and overall warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, seasonal agricultural environment. This role offers plenty of variety, with duties that can change day‑to‑day based on seasonal demand, production schedules, and team needs. What You’ll Do:

• Material Handling & Production
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Package fertilizer products efficiently while following established procedures.
  • Ensure finished products are properly labeled, presentable, and meet quality standards.
  • Minimize product loss, damage, and unnecessary handling.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Work safely around equipment, materials, and vehicles.
• Inventory & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
  • Complete and submit required paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Equipment & Facility Care
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain related records.
  • Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, organized, and professional in appearance
• Customer Service & Teamwork
  • Support a positive customer experience through friendly, professional interactions.
  • Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and support other warehouse or plant operations as needed

Experience & Qualifications 

• Required Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 25kg.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Interest or background in agriculture.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, plant, or equipment experience.
  • Millwright and equipment maintenance experience is considered and asset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or inventory systems

Training will be provided. We welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and an interest in agriculture, even if they do not meet every qualification listed.

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Off-season); Extended hours during peak seasons
