Seasonal Plant & Warehouse Operator
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable individual to support the daily flow of our plant and warehouse operations. In this fast‑paced, seasonal role, you’ll be involved in material handling, production, inventory management, and equipment care while contributing to a safe, organized, and customer‑focused work environment. What You’ll Do:
- Material Handling & Production
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Package fertilizer products efficiently while following established procedures.
- Ensure finished products are properly labeled, presentable, and meet quality standards.
- Minimize product loss, damage, and unnecessary handling.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work safely around equipment, materials, and vehicles.
- Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
- Complete and submit required paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Equipment & Facility Care
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain related records.
- Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
- Customer Service & Teamwork
- Support a positive customer experience through friendly, professional interactions.
- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and support other warehouse or plant operations as needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Interest or background in agriculture.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, plant, or equipment experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or inventory systems.
- Training will be provided, and we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and interest in agriculture, even if they do not meet every qualification listed.

- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Off-season); Extended hours during peak seasons
